Course Details
Start Date: Thursday, October 31, 2024
Cohort Size: Limited to 20 Participants
Course Format: Hybrid Cohort with live virtual sessions and self-paced learning
Weekly Time Commitment: A new module will be released each week and you’ll likely spend approximately 3 to 5 hours on the material, depending on the complexity of assignments.
Live Meeting Details
Meeting Times: All meetings occur at 10 AM Central Time. The course starts in CDT (Central Daylight Time, UTC−05:00). On November 1, Central Time changes to CST (Central Standard Time, UTC−06:00).
Meeting Duration: All meetings are 90 minutes unless otherwise noted.
How will we meet?: Google Meet. At the start of the course, calendar invites will be sent for all meetings.

Certificate Completion
To earn your Biophilic Design Practitioner Certification, we encourage active participation throughout the program.
Successful completion entails attending a minimum of 5 out of the 6 live coaching sessions, attending the guided forest therapy walk, actively engaging in discussions, and fulfilling all assigned coursework.
Upon course completion, you will receive a certification in “Biophilic Design Fundamentals”.

We accept payments securely through Stripe, which includes various options such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and local payment methods.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: Request received by September 30 (more than 30 days before the course start date)
Partial Refund: 50% of the course fee if the request is received between October 1 and October 17 (14 to 30 days before the course start date)
No Refund: Request received on or after October 18 (less than 14 days before the course start date) or after the course has started. In lieu of a refund, you will receive a credit to use towards a future course.
Special Circumstances:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel your enrollment due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical condition, family emergency, or other significant life events. If you find yourself in such a situation and it is beyond the refund date, we offer the following options:
Course Completion Support: We will work with you to navigate any challenges and help you complete the course if possible. This might include flexible deadlines, additional support, or other accommodations to ensure you can continue your learning journey.
Future Course Credit: If completing the current course is not feasible, we can apply your paid fees towards a future course. This credit will be valid for up to one year from the date of cancellation.
