Sit Spot is a simple practice that helps you tune in and connect with nature by observing your senses and becoming aware of your body and state of mind. You can spend as little as 15 minutes or as much as an hour in a safe and and comfortable, like a local park, your backyard or balcony, indoors with a view, or even indoors with a collection of plants.
